Our program sources from the Lean Launchpad where the business model canvas and mission model canvas is coupled with agile development, from Bill Aulet's Disciplined Entrepreneurship that takes companies beyond customer discovery. We then layer in startup financial modeling, in many cases extend the work you have already started, and then move into Investor Communications. We use a variety of tools to keep us focused and thinking critically about YOUR business.
